HOW TO FIND US

Bickham Barn, Kenn, Exeter, Devon EX6 7XL

Bickham Barn is located on an organic farm, which nestles in a beautiful valley just outside the village of Kenn, near Exeter. Despite it's rustic setting we are very easy to get to. For guests travelling by car we are mere minutes from the M5. For those coming by train, Exeter St David's station is 15 minutes away, and Exeter Airport is within easy reach.

From Exeter on the M5/A38 

Follow the M5 until just past Exeter it becomes the A38 for Plymouth and Torquay. After approximately 1.5 miles take the exit from the A38 for Kennford (it comes up suddenly so be on the lookout for it). Follow road round past the Gissons Hotel on the left and continue up the hill, Shell garage on your right, and take the next left for Kenn. As you enter the village take the next sharp right and follow lane out of Kenn, continuing until you arrive at Bickham Farm. 

From Plymouth on the A38 
At the top of Holden Hill (having passed the village of Chudleigh on your right), you will see services to your left and Exeter Racecourse on the right. Take the second exit after the services for Kennford & Kenn. At the bottom of the hill join the A380 and after a very short distance take the next left for Kennford & Kenn (the turning is just before the A380 joins the A38). At the top of the slip road turn right over the A38, follow around to the left and take next right for Kenn opposite the Shell garage. As you enter the village take the next sharp right and follow lane out of Kenn, continuing until you arrive at Bickham Farm. 

From Torquay on the A380 
At the bottom of Telegraph Hill take next left for Kennford & Kenn (the turning is just before the A380 joins the A38). At the top of the slip road turn right over the A38, follow around to the left and take next right for Kenn opposite the Shell garage. As you enter the village take the next sharp right and follow lane out of Kenn, continuing until you arrive at Bickham Farm.
